Saint Paul, MN 55116 | Our History SEED was established in 1972 by the Saint Paul Schools Board of Education as a contemporary living skills program providing community living skills for adult community members experiencing mental illness. Since its inception, SEED has enrolled more than 15,000 community members. |
Referral & Enrollment Process Referral is made by the learner’s social worker, mental health professional or by the learner through self-referral. An intake interview is completed. Learners can attend classes one to five days a week Certificates of program participation are issued at the end of the school year. |
Eligibility Classes are available to Ramsey County residents meeting guidelines. Classes are open to persons in surrounding counties on a fee basis. Students can private pay if they are not enrolled in County Services. |
