Class Placement

If a student is registered for a class that is inappropriate for the student’s skill level, that student will not be allowed to remain in the class.  The student will be placed in the appropriate class only if space is available.  Decisions are at the discretion of the instructors and pool staff.

Pool Closings

All efforts will be made to reschedule classes cancelled by Community Education.  However, due to pool closings beyond our control, it is possible that cancelled classes may not be rescheduled.

Closings Due to Weather

In case of bad weather, tune to WCCO 830AM for notification of school closings.  St. Paul Community Education Programs are not held when the schools are closed due to inclement weather.

Cancellations

Saint Paul Community Education reserves the right to adjust the length of classes, combine classes, or cancel classes due to lack of enrollment or emergencies.

Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not available when participants are unable to attend their scheduled class(es).

Refunds

Refunds minus a $5 processing fee will only be issued if requested three (3) business days prior to the start of the first day of class.

Full refunds or credits are issued if Community Education cancels a class or if the class is already full.
